Jordan Lemon Assistant

A private, owner-operated assistant for organizing email, tracking subscriptions, and keeping routine administration under control.

This website explains the app and its data practices. It provides no access to the assistant, connected accounts, or private records.

What the assistant does

Reads the owner’s connected Gmail accounts to identify subscription sign-ups, recurring payments, trials, renewals, and cancellations.
Keeps a private Work and Personal subscription ledger and supports owner-directed reminders.
When separately enabled, forwards matching business receipts to the owner’s receipt-management service and moves confirmed, resolved messages to Gmail Trash.
Supports owner-authorized email organization and direct-owner conversations.

Google account access

Only accounts explicitly configured by the owner can be connected. Personal mailboxes use read-only Gmail access. The configured work mailbox requests Gmail read and modify access for scoped receipt and email-organization workflows. Each account is verified independently.

Google sign-in and consent happen on Google’s pages. This public website does not accept Google passwords, OAuth credentials, or mailbox data.
